This Privacy & Cookies Policy (“Policy”) dated 12 July 2021 replaces our previous policies. Please take the time to review before you continue to use our products and services.

dmg events is an international exhibitions and publishing company with events across more than 25 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia. Headquartered in Dubai since 1989, we have expanded our operations from this global hub city to Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Canada, South Africa and the UK, achieving impressive growth in emerging and mature markets.

For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, the data controller is dmg events (UK) Ltd and its group of companies headquartered in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Palladium Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Data Controller is part of the Daily Mail and General Trust plc group (“DMGT”). When you access and browse our websites (including when you register for an event onsite or virtually or fill in forms on our websites) and when you correspond with us by phone or email or other electronic means, you may give us information about yourself. The information you give us may include your name, payment processing information, postal address, email address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, delivery details, dietary and access requirements and information about your employment (including your job title, responsibilities and employer’s details) as well as other personal information.

In addition when you interact with any virtual event platform you may give us or create content about you – for example speeches or presentations, chat content, questions, poll results and audio-visual content incorporating your likeness, image or opinions.

With regard to each of your visits to our website(s) (including any virtual event platform), we may also use cookies and other technologies to automatically collect the following information:

Refund Policy

  1. General Policy: Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined below. Please ensure you review all details before purchasing.
  2. Cancellations by the Organizer: If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or an option to attend the rescheduled Event. Notification will be provided via email.
  3. Requesting a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the Event cancellation notice. No refunds will be provided for tickets purchased within 3 days of the Event.
  4. Transfer of Tickets: Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without the prior written consent of the Event organizers. Unauthorized transfers may result in denial of entry.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  6. Force Majeure: The Event organizers are not liable for refunds or compensations in case of a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket to ACETECH Expo (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase a ticket.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets for the Event are sold subject to availability. All purchases are final, and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applicable on every ticket sale, and the total amount charged will include GST as per the applicable rate.

3. Event Changes

The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, and venue. In the event of a major change, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

4. Entry Requirements

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with our terms.

5. Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all venue rules and regulations. The Event organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who is disruptive or in violation of the Event rules without a refund.

6. Liability

The Event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the Event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Data Collection

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

All tickets for events purchased through our online platform are delivered electronically. We do not offer physical tickets. Instead, your tickets will be sent to you via email or made available through whatsapp messenger , depending on the event and delivery option selected.

2. Electronic Tickets

Email Delivery: After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment or a digital link to your tickets. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during the checkout process.

WhatsApp: If applicable, you can access your tickets directly through our official whatsapp mobile. Instructions on how to access your tickets will be sent to your email or available in your account on our website.

3. Delivery Timing

Immediate Delivery: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email or mobile app notification with your tickets within a few minutes.

Pre-Event Delivery: For events occurring in the future, your tickets will be sent to you as soon as they are available, but no later than [specific time frame, e.g., 24 hours] before the event start time.

4. Confirmation
